Capital Punishment; The penalty of death for the commission of a crime.

Excessive; Exceeding a normal, usual, reasonable, or proper limit.

Bail; Release from imprisonment provided by the payment of money charged for.

they deserve all the rights other wise it wont be a fair trial and others will get better rights and others wont get the rights they need to prove that they are not guilty.

guns need to be banded in the house unless u have a permeate to go hunting.

People often bring guns into there house and go hunting with out a permanent. and if someone was to get mad at some one in there house they can get the gun and kill them if the guns are not put away.

On the other hand the guns can be locked up and used for protection against burglars and murderers like the guy that hurasted his mother and was found drinking coffee in Irvings.

the first amendment is important to me because the press tells us important things that we need to know. we need the freedom of speech for the president to tell us what is going on what he is doing to our army's and our state. we need freedom of petition to vote agenced laws that we don't want.
